Ripped off by pat kennedy sheraton homes

Ms. Kennedy pressured us into putting a down payment on a mobile home and told us if we decided to not purchase the home we could get the down payment back, so we gave her $500 to hold the mobile home with until we made a decision, this was in October after that I had several conversations with her and her wanting us to go ahead and give her the 40% down she wanted on the home due the fact that so many people were interested in the home, come to find out that was not true. Since then for the past 2 months I have been trying to contact her at the office number

(903) 454-8909 and left many many many messages, with no return of my phone call. I usually called about twice a day and left messages for the past 2 weeks with no return of my call. I took it upon myself to call Patriot Homes corporate office and told them what had happened, and they told me that they thought she was not in business any longer, but that I needed to contact the Sheriffs Department of Hunt County, and I could also contact the State Attorney Office to file with them. I did call them and was able to leave a message with and investigator that would be working on the case. So then, March 26, as I was reading the other rip off reports about her I saw that someone thought she was working for Jim Walters Home in Terrell and they were correct. I did call Jim Walters office in Terrell and she so happened to answer the phone and was evidently very shocked that I had tracked her down, she made the comment of "How did you know I was working here", as to which I explained to her that I had gotten this information from the internet about all of the rip off reports about her. If anyone needs any help with this on filing charges on her please leave a comment on the rip off report and I will be glad to do the research and find out how to go about getting something done about her.
