Crossroads Property Management
This company used every tactic possible to keep my $2500 deposit as many rental companies will do

Construction & Repair

We rented this townhouse from Crossroads Property management, and they insited on a $1250 deposit for us and a $1250 deposit for our two small dogs. We notified them 30 days before our lease was up that we were moving out. We mobed out on that date. They came in said the carpet was ruined, and was charging us to replace it. It had a small light bleach stain about 7 inches in diameter, which could have been repaired for under $50 they charged us over $400. They also said that we were there 5 days past the stated move out date so they prorated our rent for those 5 days. I notified them that the keys were on the counter and it was not my fault they waited 5 days to go inspect the property. Then they charged us all kinds of court costs and filing fees to recoup their "losses" They pretty much did everything they could to keep that deposit. I will never rent from them again nor will ever give that kind of deposit to anyone.

The office lady Caterina, is always rude to you and talks to you like your some kind of hassle. They rent out lower income properties although ours was far from that. They do have some nice properties but I am guessing frmo the times I have been in the office most are in the cities and they treat all of their tenants like they are doing us a favor.

If you do rent from them try not to talk to Caterina, always ask for the other girl, who sits at the front as well. I can't remember her name at them moment, but she is much much nicer.

Best of luck

I would never reccomend this raping property management company.
