A pure rip off, do not rent from this company

I rented for the first time in a long time. I had gone
Through Real Property management / las Vegas. I found a
Condo, paid all necessary fees: including security deposit, pet fee,
Moving / cleaning fee. After I had continuos problems after I moved in
They were pretty good about getting someone to fix them. Then February came. The unit above me water heater started leaking, so I
Called My leasing company no response, this is suppose to be the emergency number. I had NO hot water or heat in the middle of winter
For 5 days. Finally when they did decide to come out & fix it they never
Even offered to reimburse me any rent (because I could not stay there). Finally I move out when my lease is up. I was suppose to get my full refund if everything was perfect, and it was! They WOULD not do a walk through with me (it's not there policy). And of course when I got my refund they shorted me 200$ for nothing. They stated lies on the walk through, said I didn't change the air filter & I had put a new one in the day I moved out, 100$ in there book. I patched every hole in the wall cleaned the place so it looked brand new & they charged me another 100$ for LIGHT cleaning... What a crock! And on my paper they sent me it had said air filter was new but on the back page they said it needed to be replaced. I find it odd that I caught them in there own lie & they just said if I have the receipt for the air filter they will give
Me the 8$ back... Lol. But there charging me 100$... Do not rent from this company. I will never again & tell everyone I know not to even go near there properties... Goodluck!!
