Central Air and Heat quit working and they refused to repair the system!

I requested my policy from them Nov 2. For starters they took 2 months to even repsond to my request. My policy became effective January 20. Well I had a problem and they today on Feb 1 refused to replace the heater coil. Stating a pre-existing condition. Well, how was I suppose to know that! We bought the house 6 months ago and everything was fine then! This February and I we need the heat but they refuse to fix it. I feel that this company is not honorable at all!
