Have not delivered my items and will not return my phone calls

They picked up December 23 in port arthur texas and I had no problems with them. They were to deliever to pullman WA on January 8th. It is almost three weeks past that date and I still do not have my things. I called every single day for 3 weeks and they always said someone would call me back. Not once did anyone ever call me back. Finally when I demanded to talk to someone and was not gonna settle for a call back someone said the truck had broken down but didn't know when or how long until I'd get my things. Finally jan 23rd I was told the truck was fixed and I'd have my things in 2 days. Well it's 4 days later and I haven't heard a word. I called today and of course was told someone would call me back and of course no one has called me back! I don't know what to do. I cannot get any information from these people and are lied to constantly. I've had to buy several things that I already have but I need now! They have everything I own! I don't know what else I can possibly do!
This company is unprofessional and everyone that works there is incompetent and does not know what is going on!
