Do not have my belongings and it's been a month. I cannot get anyone to call me back

My belongings were picked up a month ago in California for a move to Minnesota. It was promised to me in 21 days. A semi truck showed up in Minnesota seven days ago and my things were not on the truck. The driver remembers seeing my things in a warehouse in Texas. What concerned me was they asked me to look in the truck to see if I recognized any of my things. After looking in the truck and describing my things, that is when the driver told me my things were in Texas. He told me someone would call me that evening to let me know the status of my things. No one called and I have called and e-mailed numerous times this week and no one has gotten back to me. They have already charged me $500 more than the estimate and expect another $400 when my things get here. If they ever do. Do not use this company as they are true rip off artests and I know consider my things stolen. Anyone know how I can proceed from here?
