Tells you your getting a Top of the Line mattress by using a Display Cutaway example then deliveres cheaper closeout

Went to Merchant looking for a bedroom suit, with mattres. We found the furniture we liked and proceded to look at mattresses. He showed us a Simmons Beautyrest mattres and continued to sell us with a Cutaway display provided by the manufacturer. Well come to find out after getting home with the mattress and it looked kind of like a factory second or knockoff. I decided to do some investigating.

I found that it was almost two years dicontinued from the manufacturer and that it wasn't the top line mattress we thought but their low line model. I called and spoke to the Owner and he said he didn't pull a bait and switch, his words. And that he didn't know the display wasn't of the same and the mattress.

He offered a couple hundred off my next purchase after I contacted BBB. I said no it was more like a thousand dollar difference in prices and he declined to do anything, so I said I'd rather have the BBB record on file so that others may me warned. Now i've found this site and hope even more will be aware of his practices.
