Internet dateraped over a mattress minus the Rohypnol Internet NewYork

I used their website to pick out two mattresses...

I then called the 1 800 mattres and placed my order.

My mattress cost more over the phone than advertised on the site. I let that go.

The second mattress cost the same as advertised and they slammed me for fifty dollars for the delivery.

I don't mind the delivery cost but the man adding more than advertised bothered me.

The delivery guys get here and act like they are spent and have zero charisma. They act confused and set on doing the very bare minimum.

They dont remove the old beds or take them outside even. Other companies have free delivery or in some cases take away the old mattresses - not these guys they stand there and wait for you to do every thing.

Even with my bad back I had to drag the two mattresses outside and across the lawn to the end of the diveway to place them by my garbage as these guys waited by their truck.

When the men did drop the new mattresses on the bed frames both mattresses were upside down. One bed has blood stains on it. Two areas with actual blood.

I noticed this after they left.

I also wrestled the two mattresses in to the correct position in case it makes a difference.

Is this the kind of eye for detail I can now hope to expect with my two new mattresses? Human blood and upside down here while they are waiting for a tip imagine what goes on during the construction of the mattress.

When moving the mattresses into the correct position I learned they are half mattresses.

Seven hundred dollars for two twins (one of the twins is a firm with no extra padding or any bells or whistles but blood stains... The other is softer with padding) I was over charged on the blood bed... Seven hundred range gets you two half beds... But they leave off the second S in 1 800 mattres because that the S for the screwing you get... You get a free royal screwing with each half a mattress.
