Poor service, missed appointments & idiot service man

We've had Constitution to get a small over annually. We registered due to their telephone/internet/wire pack for $99.95 monthly. Our guidance for you: DO NOT GET IT DONE

The whole period we've had their support, both telephone and web regularly drop. After I contact, they inform me to reset the primary device. They inform me that they'll not obtain a sign for that device which the device is poor and must be changed. They put up a scheduled appointment to get a technology ahead out; occasionally he exhibits, mainly he does not. I invest the entire day awaiting somebody who never turns up! After I contact to inform them no body arrived, they provide me the run around and set a brand new visit. Today I've to hold back again for somebody who might or might not appear.

Once The technology gets below, he requires me what he is here for and just how to repair it. Easily understood just how to repair the problem, I'dnot have named it in! Heis a idiot and rude while heis below. Lastly, he informs me there's nothing inappropriate and that he'll NOT substitute the device although that is among the factors he is below

They sent this fool to my home over 4 occasions! I eventually told them not to deliver him again normally I'd deliver him away. Thank heavens they will have gotten THAT component right

As though annually of the was not enough, before Holiday, they disconnected my web! I named to question them why plus they explained that I'venot been spending my statement. That is humorous considering I've yesteryear expenses and also the cancelled checks to show it! And of course the truth that they explained there is no overdue stability! They didn't remove the wire or even the telephone; simply the web.

Oh yeah. The pack was to get a year, however they began receiving me top dollar for anything prior to the year was up. Their reaction: OH WELL

Constitution is just a laugh along with a large waste of time. When the present seems great for you, do not get it done!!! You will be sorry!
