Don't ever use this mortgage company for anything, you will pay dearly!

This past Sept. after being behind on our house payments, we tried calling AMC Mortgage to try and work things out. They were totally uncooperative and rude. They had no interest in working with me whatsoever. I even had a person trying to help me who was employed by Titannium Solutions (which was hired by AMC) and they were just as rude and uncooperative with her. I have never worked with a company such as AMC and have had to put up with their crap. They tried everything in their power to intimidate me, which unfortunately they did. I am in my 70's. These people who work for AMC are the rudest, most arrogant individuals I have ever had to deal with.

Since I was getting nowhere with AMC, I decided to sell my home and got a contract on it within two weeks, only to find that AMC had already started foreclosure procedures. When I was trying to work with them to settle my late payments, they did not mention to me that they would foreclose on my home. It was only after our real estate agent called them to let them know that the house had been sold that she learned of the foreclosure procedures.

AMC does not care about anyone but themselves. They are only concerned about how much money they can get from people like myself who find themselves in unfortunate situations. Even the title co.involved in the selling of my home tried to explain to AMC that it would be more cost efficient for them to stop the foreclosure procedures and work with the title co. Those idiots could not grasp what the title co. Was trying to do. All they had in their head was foreclosure, foreclosure, foreclosure!!!

It is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. My real estate agent and the title co. Told me that they hope they never have to work with AMC again. The real estate agent even went so far as to say that the next time she is faced with a situation with AMC, she is just going to refuse to take the job.

This company is EVIL!!! And should be shut down!
