Litton ripped us off we fixed it and they're at it again

I'll try to make this short and to the point.in 2006 litton loan forced placed insurance on us in the amount of $3800.00. We pay our own insurance so we had to fight with them for 3 months. Then, they put us into foreclosure. I went to every company that I thought might be able to help. I got nothing. We agreed to a modification. They sent a real estate agent to our home with the paperwork. The mod increased our payments and the amount of our loan and still had the $3800.00 for insurance in escrow. The real estate agent wanted to take pictures of my home.inside and out and said that the mortgage company wanted them to make sure we were taking care of the house. I did not let her in. We ended up paying $3500.00 up front and making 9 payments of $1500.00 to fix our loan. We are now out of foreclosure.

The entire time we were sending the larger payments I was sending our payments with a delivery confirmation through the post office to be sure they wouldn't say our payments were late. Now that we're out of foreclosure I still send our payments with a delivery confirmation and they called saying our payment was late when we looked up the delivery date it was 2 days early and 17 days still left in the grace period. Litton Loan is a horrible company and I wish I would have fought harder but I feared losing my home. Now I see all the horrible things this company has done and I pray everyday that we will be okay.

Please, everybody who has litton loan, do not underestimate them. Document everything and keep copies of everything. God be with all of you and good luck to those who are in the mess. I will be praying for you all.
