Virgilio gutierrez (owner) does not deliver on workmanship, honesty & professionalism! Ripoff

I hired Gray 8 Concrete to do a driveway, patio, pool deck, 20x30 concrete slab. They worked on the patio and 20x30 slab first, once completed I noticed several problems. The 20x30 slab was not made with the correct dimensions that were given (written in the contract) to Virgilio Gutierrez. Virgilio Gutierrez used my own personal materials that I had in my backyard (without my permission). He agreed that he would fix the problems with the slabs and that when he came back to work on the driveway he would return the materials that they "mistakenly" took from my backyard (he never returned them).

Once the driveway work was completed I decided that due to the unsatissfactory work performed up to date by Gray 8 I was not going to have them work on the pool deck area. I made several calls to Virgilio Gutierrez expressing my dissatisfaction with the work done in the concrete slabs as well as the driveway which has several extremely large cracks and he promised to come by.

After several months passed and he never showed I tried calling him again and his number was disconnected. I then checked the internet and found the report done on this website and was able to get his number so I called him and again he promised to come by the house but he is still up to his lying ways. I do not recommend him at all, stay clear of Gray 8 Concrete and Virgilio Gutierrez.
