B & L Concrete Poured a shoddy concrete slab for basement

Michael W Hurd promised myself, my wife, two young children and our contractor that he would stand behind his work and gaurantee his work.

A tornado destroyed our home in East Tennessee and many others in April. We survived and escaped injury until now!

We are rebuilding with hard earned money and some insurance. We paid Michael W Hurd to install our new home footers, basement floor and new safe room floor.

Michael W Hurd poured the footers imperfect causing the concrete walls to be racked and the slab is very unlevel. Several dips and high spots.

Michael W Hurd claims to have 25 years experience on his business card and also claims to be "The Ultimate in Concrete Design" specializing in Concrete Slabs, Driveways, Patios, Sidewalks, Pool Decks, Garages, Decorative Color Finishes

Michael is blamming type of concrete used, the concrete pumper and possibly the concrete truck drivers. He is blamming everyone and everything but himself.

He is not willing to return to even look at the shoddy work he has left us with. When you get him on the phone, he say's he is just to busy to drive over to look at his work.

We may have to personally sue im and we will report him to authorites and the news reporters. At the very least to warn others of his scam, unprofessional workmanship and unethical behavior.

This guy has no morals and is taking advantage of tornado surviors!
