Cheap concrete poor work admitted by Virgilio a number of times

Virgilo from gray 8 cement did by driveway in cement once it was over two weeks later the cement was chipping in all corners I called Virgilio and he told me the cement they used was cheap which is why he wanted to wait a few months till it got worse and seal it again with the same color to hide all the damage and poor work.
Since then its been over 5 months he doesnt answer the phone and doesnt call back on left messages by his own admission he was very apologetic and that he would fix the problem this toiday i see that it was a stall tactic.
To everyone out ther the work is lousy and they use cheap cement you will regret it at the end.
Poor work poor material and lack of follow up it has brought me to this I hope someone else reads this before they hire this company.
Virgilio you are a lier and a lousy business man wher are you business ethics and morals.
