Beautiful model but finished prodruced horrible ripoff

This builder only started working on my home after I got in their face about the fact that I was paying a intrest only loan as well as rent on an apartment which was converting to condos.

They quoted an 8-12 timeframe to build and it was done in that time frame but horribly put together. My initial punch list was 3 pages long and it took almost 16 months to complete. Still to this day some 20 months later I am finding faults and defects ie., no grout on bathroom tiles, broken window panes, etc.

The owner and his son think that they rule the local construction industry... Hello... Lenar, WCI, etc. They speak to you like you know nothing (my family is in the construction business... I grew up in the business)

Ive had my a/c replaced, exterior doors replaced, plumbing fixed, electrical problems, my roof replaced and now I have to replace my septic system. All this and the house is not even 20 months old. There are multiple other things wrong crooked walls, counter tops that are pulling up already; kitchen cabnets falling apart, leaking plumbing, uneven floors, paint splatters etc. I've had it...
