Horrific experience with this "builder". I am in the process talking with other voctems to see about putting a class action suit together. Myself, and 4 others have been ripped off by this so-called builder. I happen to know 4 others that are pi*ed, so I can only imagine how many others are out there.

I contracted them to build 2 homes for me. They quoted an 8-10 month build time... Well, 29 months later, this joke of a house is still not built. I mentioned 2 homes. After 1 year of them not even STARTING one of the homes, the bank angrily demanded there money back. I lost over $10,000 on a home that I was hoping to sell at a profit. The other home was to be my permanent residence. Yeah... 29 months later, they still have not finished it.

When i inspect it, it looks like it was built by half retarded blind people. They have broken laws as well. According to the law, they are supposed to apply for permits within 30 days... They applied 8 months later. Then they are supposed to start construction within 60 days... Like I said, they NEVER even cleared the lot!

On the house that is still not done, they just sen t me a bill for $40,000, and threatened to sue ME! I am not some seasoned investor with money to waste. I have a brand new baby, a wife that doesn't work, and saved my hard earned money, and kept my credit clean so that I could build 2 homes, and profit from 1. They screwed me.

On top of all of this, they are SO arrogant, and act like they are some kind of mafia or something. They cuss YOU out, and NEVER return calls. I want this company shut down so they can't hurt others. Abother victem whom I met, said that after almost 2 years, they finally "finished" his house. This was after him going into serious debt trying to pay the construction interest. He had to pay over $2000 each month, for a year! To keep the loan going while they did nothing.

When it was "done", it had so many problems that he had to hire a renovator to fix multiple things. Outlets that weren't actually wired, hole in the cieling, crooked walls, counter tops that weren't nailed down, a vent fan that actually blew smoke INTO the house, leaking plumbing, uneven floors, paint splatters all over, and the list goes on. I could go on forever as well.

The bottom line is this... They suck. They take anyone who walks in to their office, get them to give a non-refundable deposit, promise the world, and then laugh as they know they just added you to their sucker list. I insist that you do not even consider using them. I am not just some upset revenge minded person. I have NEVER complained like this, and it takes alot for me to take action like this. But they have ruined my life, and they tell me to F off when I try to get them to make things right.
