Worst builder, buyer beware

We signed a contract in 2004 and it is 2008 and our home is 50% complete. The pictures and plans are not what you purchase.in 2004 we were promised a beautiful home (be aware, nowhere in there contract does it list a finish date).

We have been paying a building loan for four years. Mike Groff can be gruff and downright rude. My advice (hopefully all home builders are smarter than I) will seek legal council about their investment.

I truly believe there are plenty of unsatisfied customers at Groff Construction but are not sure how to handle the situation. Again Buyer Beware.
