Cooke's Glass, The worst most time consuming experience eve

I had a window that had a small hole in one of the double panes which had to be replaced. I went to Cooke's Glass Service Inc. To get my issues solved. Upon arrival my window was measured and i was told it would take 7-10 days. Day 10 arrived and still no window. So i call and they say it should be be on tomarrows truck. 3 days later i get a phone call saying the window was ordered/shipped wrong meanwhile the rain continues to fall. Here it is day 17 pouring rain again and the window is finally ready. When i picked it up i let the receptionist know how upset i was that i was losing money from their mistake then she gets all pisy because i felt that some of my cost was their fault. She continued to blame it on some other out of control part of the business and took no faulty at all for the mistake or even offered an apology. Needless to say i will never return to a business that does not practice customer service. Cxxxxxxl glass is much more hospitable and professional Here to pissin off the LITTLE MAN
