Does not repair roof leaks in screen enclosure he built ripoff

Ed Lee built a screen room on our home last year, and soon after, we noted that water pours off the roof and down the inside wall whenever it rains.

We called Mr. Lee dozens of times with no return call, so we contacted the agency which issued our building permit. At that point, Mr. Lee came out and caulked and installed a small strip of metal. This stopped the leakage for a short time.

Soon, however, the roof started pouring water again, and Mr. Lee again will not respond to phone calls or even certified letters. We have an estimate for repairs for over $450. The contractors who gave us these estimates state that our screen room is leaking because it was poorly designed and constructed.

We definitely do not recommend that anyone do business with Mr. Lee or his son, Ed Lee, Jr., whom we understand has taken over the business and who was directly involved with the work on our screen enclosure.
