Our roof was about 20 years old and I knew it would have to be replaced soon. So, I started calling contractors to get samples and prices, etc.
The price was reasonable, he had the color I wanted and he was recommended by a neighbor. Everything was great until it rained.
We got a bad leak in the sunroom. The run-off was draining into my sunroom. He came back a caulked, but it still leaks. And the gutter and downspouts with the gutter guard are useless and are coming apart.
