Purchased a 36" box pepper tree. The salesman was in formed that the tree to be replaced was several years old and would have to be removed.
The salesman was told the tree to be removed was 5" in diameter at the trunk. We were told that would not be a problem and to send him a photo of the tree for confirmation of its size.
The day of delivery of the new tree the crew said they wanted an additional $200.00 to remove the tree.
I tried to contact the manager and was told she was busy, but related to me that they do not remove trees. We paid the extra $200.00 only because of the dead tree in our front yard.
