Ken at PAT'S SMALL ENGINE PLUS is not worth dealing with in my opinion

PAT'S SMALL ENGINE PLUS Located in East Bethel MN and operating on the Internet as a seller of lawnmower parts etc

These are some shady dealers. When I place an order for a part costing $115 and paid $45.00 extra for overnight shipping, I discovered they don't ship the same day you order so the overnight payment is a shear rip off. They claim they're site makes it perfectly clear that they don't ship same day, but I had to have them direct me to the fine print to find that caveat. Beware of these sharks.

Even when you are finally able to get hold of someone in person, they are rude and less than considerate. I cancelled the order after discovering their not same day overnight policy but they ignored my email and claim to have already sent the item even though I have not received it to date.

When I inquired about this point I was told that they "receive thousands of emails a day and cannot possibly read them all". I think that says it all, right there, don't you.

Avoid these dupers like a plague.
