I was a first time shopper to them and I will not shop there again

I ordered a muffler and gasket from pats small engine plus internet site. Paid it by bank card back in Jan 21. I have not received no muffler or any replies back from the two emails I have sent to them.

Its now Feb 21, I have no parts or a email reply back from them, but they did take the money from my charge card. I was a first time shopper to them and I will not shop there again.

It would be nice to get my $83.85 back or the parts or may be a phone call to let me know the static of the order I place with them.
