Overnight Shipping Paid, Order Still Missing After 7 Days

I paid extra for overnight delivery on a gift card order, yet nothing arrived. The company told me the order needed 2-3 days of processing, although overnight delivery was what I had purchased. Six days passed before it shipped, and giftcardmall.com continues to state a 2-3 day processing time. They would not let me cancel. So I am out the cost of overnight shipping, and the package spent 2 days in transit.

The company offers me nothing but excuses. Although they concede they failed to meet the terms, they will not return my overnight shipping charge or the processing fees. Nothing on the order form warned that extra time would be taken to "process" it. This is a major rip-off.

My employees were supposed to receive their holiday gift cards on time, and they still have not got them. All I have to show is excuses and a $4600 charge on my bank account. There are no cards, and an overnight order is now 7 days old!
