Incomplete and poor delivery, impossible to get a person via email or in person, IMPOSSIBLE!

I received my bed frame in pieces, and incomplete. When I called for help, the telephone number is for ordering only and they refuse to deal with customer service issues. They require communication with email only and then you only get an automated reply. The paper I recieved with the bed had lifestyle solutions company information which is the maker of the bed. Their customer service was fine. However, they gave me the name of another company than was on my credit card.

I tried both and they both had exactly the same system of ordering in person, and emailing only for customer service and neither responded to me. These seems like a great example of a scam!!! So beware! Who knows how many names and numbers the same business is under!
