Bad design and transmission

Instyle slice, refined and mounted limestone countertops within our home. Additionally they mounted a drain which we bought through Lowe’s. We also bought standing floor hardwood from their store which we'd mounted by another contractor. On your day of the table deploy, they advised us they'd fallen and smashed our new drain. The only real option was to set up it damaged and damaged plus they decided to purchase us a brand new one. Over 8 weeks later, they obtained a drain and mounted it. It had been the incorrect shade. They've never mounted the best drain for all of US and also have not answered to some criticism in the BBB. They've obtained your final caution in the BBB over this. Additionally they did an undesirable work of reducing and sharpening the counter and didn't secure our dishwasher towards the new counter because they must have. They've been horrible to speak with. The contractors talked little language and maynot answer questions. At-one place the dog owner, Lennart Wiktorin informed Alexandra, who operates at work, to repair this as well as informed her it had beennot our problem. She's lied to us and certainly will not keep in touch with us about the telephone. I've named and sent the dog owner and he will not respond. The BBB cannot actually encourage them to react in a reasonable fashion.
