Company was unable to process an ACH (Checking Acct) payment to pay for 2 students lunch accounts. They did not inform me until 4 days later. I tried to enter the information again and the web site did not take any new information. I then put in my credit card and emailed them via email reply to their customer service email as well as online form telling them to use the credit card information. I did not get a reply. Later I checked the web site and all was ok. Then a week later I got another email that the ACH did not go through. I repeated emailed and asked for a customer service phone number and also to please just charge my credit card. The customer service person responded that I had to SEND THEM A MONEY ORDER! The worst is that I don't know if they are going to charge my credit card or not and there is no phone number and they won't give me a phone number. Ridiculous and terrible online payment system.
