I was drawn in to this website with a glowing review of their customer service practices. I place my order and received a shipment confirmation. 2 weeks later, still no delivery. I went to their website to contact customer service. I filled out the online contact information, and it just hangs. Like the code is incomplete. They post an 800 number, which when you call it says it is invalid. There is a snail mail address, but with the email and phone issues already, I doubt it is a goood address.

Please be warned. These people will steal your money!!
