Damaged products, horrible customer service

Ordered a bed which arrived with a damaged headboard. Followed "damage protocol" as per their website to the letter and was ignored. Sent several followup letters offering a fair resolution which were ignored.

You CANNOT reach anyone at this company via phone - eventually you will get a form back that asks you to REPEAT all the information you've already given them.

Replacement headboard arrived with worse damage than the first one. Was NOT worth the aggravatation and the "discounted" price I paid - as of right now I have paid full price, taken 2 days off work for delivery and still don't have a new headboard. I do have 2 damaged ones, though. I am going to enjoy posting bad reviews about this company to every web forum I can find.
