Major scam ripoff dont belive everything they say

I called this so called company because of an add I'd seen on tv for a swimming pool for $300.00. So I call the number and set up an appointment with a salesperson they said it would take about 90 minutes. So the man shows up and shows us 25-18 thousand dollar pools I told him I was only wanting to know about the 300.00 dollar one. So he says we can get that pool for 300.00 but it would be 350.00 S& H. Then he says he'll callhis boss and hook us up with the pool we want with th eright price. So I talk to his boss 2or 3 times. We pick a pool for 8 thousand dollars with 500.00 down 200.00 now and 300.00 when they set up the pool. Well I thought things were fine...

A person calls from the office to go over everything so they can have the pool sent out. She said for 5 thousand more dollars we would get a pool cover and a 52" not the 48' the salesman said plus a trip to somewhere. So I let her finish then she said that a lean wouls be put on our land. So I told herNo way that nothing like that was ever said and that I wasnt gonna pay 5 thousand more for a stupid pool cover and a trip that I was already paying for. She said I would and thats how it was gonna happen. I've called this stupid company about 10 times. They wont talk to me.

So please dont fall for the ad they have on Tv that you can get a pool for 300.00 I only want this over with and not to have to take them to court but I will if I have to.
