My Wife & I used there service for about 5 years, First I must say that if you make an appointment to get your car worked on they will take Emergencies & walk ins first leaving you waiting for days no matter you have an appointment.

In December I asked Terry to repair my sons SUV that needed an engine, Everything was set up through my son & Terry and there was an agreement made that my son would pay him $500 a month till he received his income tax refund. My Wife & I had the title because he owed us $3000 for loans that we made to him. My son defaulted and failed to hold up his end of the agreement. Just to do the RIGHT thing I took the title to the SUV to terry's Automotive and signed the title over that he could recover the money he was out. Terry repossessed the SUV that evening. The next day my son filed a small claims action against me suing me for the SUV and said I did an illegal repossession.

My Wife & I asked Terry to go to court and testify on our behalf to the facts in the case. He declined and did not want to be bothered, You see it was about the mighty DOLLAR. THEY could care less about the customer it's all about Terry And his worthless sons and the Dollar sign. And how big your pocket book is!!!

In our court hearing the Judge asked if Terry was there or a representative from his company, And they wouldn't take the time to even show up. There were offered $500 for there time to go to court and they could care less about the Consumer.
