Do not call A & E Factory Service in Houston, Texas. They came out for repair... Charged us a service charge, told us the parts were not available anymore and left.
My husband found the parts on the internet for sale. I called A & E back and nobody has called us. It's been 3 weeks. Terrible customer service!!! What a ripoff.
