Kris & Erin Menden Left Calif. For Texas with $25000.00 in Constrcution Funds Ripoff Texas

We contracted with these people for a Room Addition and Sunroom. They Recommended MANZER/ASSOCIATES to Finish our Drafting (He was Rip-off also, another story.)

Bruce Manzer (ACS) was unable to complete drawings in the
2-3 weeks promised.

The Mendens Personal problems (child custody, Previous Federal Fraud charges - now I find out) came to a head in that Month.
They evidently spent the $25,000 first/second payments on Lawyers. We were unaware that He was ripping of his Sub's also.

They left town Last Thanksgiving. The only saving Grace was they had "borrowed" a friends Contractor License, now He is liable to get the job completed, or I guess I can sue him.

The problem is there is NO money left. Any more materials I have to pay for... Just to get the job done.
ANYBODY come across them (in their late 20's, in Texas) let me know.

It is so frustrating, because I am not sure I even have a case against him, since the other guys License number is the Contractor of record.
