Fraud Scam Ripoff Unethical Abusive Criminal Con-Artist Septic

The owner of this company is a fraud perpetrator of the first degree.

Upon being called to our home to investigate a simple clogged sewage pipe, he described a horrificaly broken, root-clogged drain pipe system, scaring my wife so much that she started throwing toilet paper in the trash can and running down to the basement after flushing to make sure it hadn't flooded again.

This plumber gave my wife a $23,000 estimate it would cost to replace her "badly damaged" sewer line.in the meantime, he and his plumber henchmen acted like aggressive salesmen and told her she wouldn't be able to go "number two" without causing flooding.

We ultimately grew wise to this plumber's scare tactics, and fired him (but were first charged $700 for the "site visit" where he gave us this estimate). Since, I have investigated his reputation in our city (Walnut Creek, CA).

What we've discovered is nothing short of shocking. The fact of the matter is that Webb has succeeded in ripping off numerous families and small businesses.

Inflated damage reports and estimates, incomplete jobs, inappropriate replacement materials - he has left behind him a trail of dissatisfied and angry customers.

I have collected contact information from those ripped off, and will organize a meeting to determine whether to organize our efforts in a class action lawsuit, or to litigate separately to recoup our expenses.
