Charged be to clear clogged kitchen drain, but, instead put a whole in pipe and did not clear drain causing extensive water damage to my home

On December 17, F.H. Furr sent a plumber to my home to unclog my kitchen drain. Two hours after the plumber left, I had water running down my basement walls and later that evening water soaking my dining room carpet and hardwood kitchen floor. The next day, another plumber came in from a different company to not only find that F.H. Furr had put a hole in the pipe, but, did not even clear the clog. F.H. Furr says they are not responisble for the damages to my home because the plumber informed me this could happen, (he did not) and when I signed the work order it says they are not responsible for damages, (the plumber asked me to sign to aprrove him to do the work).
