Ripoff FRAUD THEFT of FUNDS from CHECKING ACCOUNT - DOUBLE CHARGES not reimbursed for weeks!

Purchased a Home Warranty policy on new home purchased in BOCA RATON FLORIDA. Paid in full annual policy on warranty on 7-5-06. On 7-6-06, company charged the visa debit card again the policy fee of $525. This means that I had PAID for a policy TWICE from my checking account. I called company immediately about error and they promised to return funds taken in error. They indicated that this happened to 1000's of people all over the country.

In the days that followed, I had 15 checks returned by my bank and incurred more than $605 in bank fees which AHS says that they will cover. As of 7-14-06 - no reimbursement of DOUBLE PREMIUM charge, no reimbursement of fees and more fees are incurring since more than a GRAND has been deducted from my checking account.

Accounting Manager - BELINDA doesnt seem concerned and quotes that SERVICE MASTER has 30 days to return these fees to me and can only request from main accounting office expedited service. No one cares that I have no funds in my accounts. No one cares that I am utilities that are going to be shut off due to inability to pay bills.

Filed reports with Attorney General and State Treasurer and newspapers.

Beware of their business practices!!! Fraud and banking fraud and!!
