I had a toilet that would not completely flush. After TLC plumbimg initially canceled on me, they arrived an hour and a half late the next day. After telling the pumber everything I had already done, he opted to snake the toilet and drains which did not resolve the problem. I was charged over $400 for this. He finally decided to change the entire toilet and charged me $894.00 indicating that he did not know what the problem was. The company did call me later and advised me that the problem was a clogged jet a day AFTER the work had been done. I paid the money and I don't want my money back but I think a licensed plumber should have know that the problem was in the toilet and he should have advised me that this was the problem instead of doing all this other work and charging me over $400 for nothing.in the BBB yellow pages this company claims to "serve all of San Diego County and Jesus Christ". I don't think so...
