National Arbor Day Foundation
Refused to honor guarantee in timely manne

I joined the National Arbor Day Foundation and received a package of dormant trees with a guarantee that they would come to life when planted. Not one survived and notified them of this fact.

On the 13th day of May I received a letter from a Mary Allen, of Member Services that they would replace the stock and that spring shipments would be made until May 31st.

May 14th I called the buisness and was told they would not send replacement trees until winter.

This is unsatisfactory because I have the ground all prepared now and that would delay me one year from completing my beautifing my 2 acres. They were unimpressed and have lost me as a member.
