Arbor Pro Tree
Very poor CS and management

I had a tree and stump done by arbor pro tree. When the bid was done they were instructed that the stump needed to be ground down to 18 inches, due to a garage foundation is going over where the old existing tree used to be. Well once work was completed, my contractorsthat wered doing my garage notified that they couldnt dig the footers due to the tree stump still being in the way, so they had to get there tree stump guy to come out and grins it down to the correct depth of 18 inches, the other tree company that came out to do it said that the stump was ground down to about 4 to 6 inches at best which would be 12 inches short of was bidded and paid on. I then contact Arbor pro tree to let them know about the problem and leave a message with the receptionist for a manger, no one calle me back, so I call again the following day asking for manager, she says out of offcie will ahve them call me... Stil didnt recieve a call. So icall back 2 days later to get the answering machine so I let them know I have cancelled my check until someone calls me back. Finally get a call back 2 days later but nothing is resolved im told he would let the owner know and get back with me I was never called back. So I do reissue the check but only for the work they did which was the removal of the tree, I am now being billed and sent to collections by this company who failed to live up to there end of the bid. Worst contractors ive ever dealt with, do not hire them, there working practices are ludacris and not a way a reputable comapny should run a business.
