Landscapes - Owner Matthew Tiemeyer Landscapes Etc. The etc evidently means rip-off

He was hired in March to correct a drainage problem, put in stack stone retaining walls, a stone patio, fire pit, 10 arbor vitea trees, and one double white nuccio pearl camilla bush, sod and watering of plants and sod for two weeks while we were on our honeymoon. So paid half in March and they didn't even start until June!!!
They never came over to water anything, most of the sod died, the fire pit became a pool for breeding mosquitos, the camilla was a single pink flower, we were missing 3 arbor vitea and the ones that they had planted had draught damage. And we still had water pooling up where the ground was too low.

In all honesty, the stacked stone and patio are wonderful, we love them. After weeks of numerous daily calls and stopping by the business to get them to take out the fire pit, bring the 3 trees and replace the wrong camilla and reseed the yard where the sod had died the owner finally showed up to talk to us. He agreed to reseed, replace the camilla, and plant 3 arbor viteas, and remove the fire pit. He asked us to blow off the leaves and they'd be back to reseed. We believed him.
The crew showed up to fill in the fire pit. Then nothing. He wouldn't return any of our calls. I reported him to the BBB and in their report they noted he would not respond to them either.

To add insult to injury last week we get a letter from them addressed to us inside it said: Dear Valued Customer! Are they nuts? The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.
Matthew tiemeyer is a rip off!!!
