I ordered 6 Paulownia Trees in the late summer of 2000. There was a no risk guarantee for these. I planted them and they did not come back the spring of 2001. Consumer rip-off fraud

I ordered the Paulownia trees in the summer of 2000. They were guaranteed to grow. I planted as directed. They stayed alive until fall and I marked them as directed. THE directions said they would die off and return in the spring. I marked where each tree was and they are still marked to this day. I have tried to e-mail this company with no luck. No phone number is available. The add statesthis is a no risk guarantee. I would love to have these trees if they really exist. What can be done to replace them? They can double or triple the replacement in trees or send me back a check for the trees. Is this a scam? Do these trees really grow and survive?
