CAUTION - This company will not fix the problem they created in my home

I won a contest from Crums climate control. The rules of the contest were simple. The individual who sold the most air conditioners that month of a particular brand would win a brand new air system installed in there home FREE of charge.

My air system at the time was about 10 years old and running fine with no problems. A new system would help to cut back on some of the high energy bills. I worked very hard to make sure I came out on top.in the end I won the contest.

It took several weeks to get the system installed in my home due to the poor service they were providing throughout Orlando and the large amount of complaints coming in from previous installs, so I waited patently.

Finally after about 7 weeks The install was set. They showed and installed the system but said they didn't have all the parts to finish the job and they would have to come back to finish. The install was done on 9/16/06 - after months of complaining they sent a tech to install one of the missing parts 1/5/06 3 1/2 months later.

The tech explained that the system was not wired properly and that he would have someone come back to do so because the system would not operate properly without it being re-wired. Also meaning no heat. I called the service dept. To have an appointment scheduled and they told me that the owner of the company would not honor any repair.

This is not a repair, It is a job that was never finished. Like hundreds of crums victims throughout Orlando I feel the burn from a fraudulent and dishonest company.

P. S My home is now a fire hazard. I chose to work for this company because of its name and how long they had been in business, I warn all of you. The crums name is not being represented well. I say to you Brian Wrong the present owner of Crums
