Although heading thru a breakup my spouse discovered this person who stated he'd purchase our home.

He's a WE BUY HOUSES individual. He explained he'd purchase it on the landcontract so when it offered he'd provide us the differance between what he got for this and that which was owed onto it minus his expences along with a proportion of the revenue.

he explained if he didn't promote it inside a year we're able to possibly consider the home back or restore for another year.

Following A year passed I approached him once the home hadnot offered and he explained I Would better browse the agreement better.

Based On The smaller printing hidden within the agreement, it stated he legaly had control of the home for 7 years. AND did not need to create ANY funds onto it for that 7 years.

After I spoke to my lender I then found out he was just producing the mortgage repayments every a few months sufficient to maintain them from forclosing.

Also, he'd the financial institution eliminate my tackle and had givin them his postoffice package #. Each one of these overdue payments turned up on my credit history and today I can not obtain a mortgage for-anything or hire a centered on my credit history for 7 years, when this data falls down.

He eventually did market the home after 3 years and by that point he'd enough cash committed to it we got E bucks for this.
