Wow where do i start my husband and i contacted yorkstreet properties about a home we saw on there web site we were to meet a gentleman there waited 3 hours after looking at the house i went to the bank deposited the money to move in the contract stated that the payments would be 1,128.00 for one year at the end of the year our payments would be 725.00 a month well after moving in i recieved a letter stating that yorkstreet was no longer handling this property and that all future payments were to be sent to a woman in california turns out the woman in california is the actual owner of the house! They had no business selling her house! By this time we have been in the house for some time so we took advantage of the 8,000 dollar tax credit for home buyers now because of this man if you can call him that and his company we are going to have to pay back the money to the i.R.S. As of right now we are out twenty thousand dollars
