Listed our house without our knowledge, we're not even behind in our morgate payments

Our house is for sale, however we are not behind on our mortgage and have not ever done any kind of business with First Home Financial. We are not considering any type of unconventional payments. We found out our house was listed on their website because someone came to look at our house and said they were preapproved through an internet bank (First Home Financial). They were told they were preapproved and all they needed was $1,500 down and they could assume our mortgage. It stays in our names and they could walk away at any time, or if they made on time payments for a year they could formally take over our loan (essentially rent to own). Again, we had no such agreement with First Home Financial. This is a site that you have to pay to be a member but the owners of the homes they list are unaware they are even on that site and did not agree to sell their homes in this manner. We did not get ripped off financially, instead they stole our very valuable time through us preparing for a house showing for people who could not afford our house to begin with. The people who came to see our house had both their money and time taken.
