Dickinson Properties, Long And Foster dishonest and sneaky realtors who wanted to make sure the sale of my house went through at all costs, to me. Promising the buyer items without notifing me

Realtor promised me to state in contract that we would stay in the home after it sold with no rent back. She never put that in the contract and the buyers were charging us $1,800 plus deposit to stay after settlement.

She told them without consulting us, that if we stayed we could vacate a garage for their use. She never told us that, we had no place to put our stuff. Her comments were "can't you put them in storage?". This while wanting us to pay $1,800plus deposit to stay.

We ended up having to vacate our house in three days, with no place for our things, no place for the dogs and, we found out that the buyers actaully wanted to delay settlement for three months.

This realtor wanted the deal to go through at any cost to us, so she could have her money. Maybe she needed it to go to Hawaii (sarcasm). When we tried to look for homes with her, she got angry if we didn't like the home we went to look at, she didn't want to spend gas on her vehicle and she told us that if our furniture didn't fit, we should "sell it".
She should not be in this line of work. Arrogant, rude, sneaky and lazy.
