Unprofessional conduct and room not up to code Ripoff

I signed a contract with Sunrooms America in Aug. Work was slated to start in Oct. The salesman told me it woul take 4-5 days to get done since it was all prefab. Work started in Oct and finish (according to Sunrooms America) wasn't till Jan. There were numeruos missed appts by their contractors without the consideration to even call to say they would'nt be there. The MAnager of the Project, John Cray lied many times to me and my wife. Promising things would get done smoothly and quickly and done in a professional manner. WRONG!!! The carpet installer asked me for a trash bag to clean up his mess... When I just looked at him, He put the trash in a pile in the corner of the room and just left. The electrician (which is a relative of SRAs owner) gave me a really hard time about a light whcih John Cray told me to buy out of MY money. The electrician refused to use it. Also when I asked him to move a switch he lied and said it can ONLY go where he wanted it. I had it moved the next day by someone else. The BIG problem is SEEPAGE pits for drainage off the roof. It is on the permit which SRA filed for and received (I recieved a copy also). At the end oh DEC the township inspector came out and wouldn't pass the room till the pits were put in. I contacted John Cray early Jan and he told me he just heard about the pits. His Secretary told me it was'nt on the permit THEY have. Lies... Contractors get the same copies customers get. I found out thru SAMS club (which they have a relationship with) after I filed a report with them that John Cray told SAms club he knew about the pits in NOV. I was told it would cost me a minimum of 2-3 thousand to get it done. I should have been given that option right up front because I could have said no to the whole thing, I had a strict budget to work with... SRA told me I would have NO surprises. LIE after LIE after LIE. John Cray told me and my wife in different phone calls that HE is responsible and it is HIS problem to take care of the pits. I guess he told the owner that, SO he backed off and told me it was MY problem now. Since the fine print on the contract says and problemns due to new codes are custumers responcibility. My thing is it is ON THE PERMIT and they should have told me it was'nt a normal thing they do. I saw it on the permit and thought it was part of the normal job. They have an info-mercial, watch that, then read this. I also want to say that I asked John Cray the name of all the contractors and he refused. I guess he doesn't think as a paying customer I don't have the right to know who was in my house. There is much more to this story and anyone who wants to call me
