In Westfield Indiana (IN) Bait is seasonal pre-paid irrigation system maintenance. They lose money on it, so they put pre-paid at the END of the service list. Freeze caused MAJOR damage and they won't fix it

We took advantage of their "special offer" last year and have paid dearly for this decision. The offer is a scam and is used to get additional landscaping business by the owner of the company, Greg Fettig. Due to their negligence in servicing our sprinkler system in a timely manner, we ended up with a flooded basement. When we tried to contact them about the situation, they neglected to address the situation and left us with several thousand dollars in damages? Your's could be more! They will present you with bonding documentation in case there is a problem with their work, but the bonding company won't cover their work / actions. Even worse, they left the system in a state of repair!
