Ripoff

This company is a RIP -OFF. DO NOT accept their calls. They are trying collect money for a septic cleaner that I returned. They claim it is too late to return the product.

I have read others say that they have threatened to sue. Has anyone been sued or had this collection agency on their credit report. Or has it just been harassing phone calls and letters. I am curious as to my next step. If it goes on my credit report... I will pay for some of it... Just to maintain good credit.
