Ripoff false and decptive advertising

*Explanation: Product was sold via telemarketer with a no questions ask return pollicy. I decided to return the product and was instructed to send it back to the shiping plant located at an adress out of state (not in florida). I did as instructed and returned the product. To this day they are demanding payment for a returned product and I was informed if I do not pay they will file this aginst my credit. I no longer have the recipt from the Post Office and have not given it mutch thought until today. I called the Miller Plante company and they claim they did not get the product back, however they also claim each box must be inspected by a "Federal Agency" when received so they would have to know if the box had arrived. I asked what federal agency so I could call them but no name was given. I am very upset about this and the lack of consideration from this company. I feel like I have ben taken.
